Does your MySQL server support extended character sets, foreign character sets, and collation sets?

In the control panel's left-hand side of the page, there should be a MySQL version for your server. If the version is less than 4.1.0 (if the version is 4.0.15, for example), than the server doesn't support collation sets yet. All our servers support this.
