We do allow SSH should you need it for temporary access, upon request. However due to security concerns, you must be specific on why you need that level of access and for how long. You are able to install, and modify most files without SSH access and would be happy to take care of any SSH needs by opening a support ticket.
To get temporary SSH access, we require a scanned copy of any documents below:
- Driver's License
- Identification Card
- Passport
